A message from the Owner

Hi, my name is Jeff and I am the owner of Pensacola Computers.

For many years now, I have spent a lot of time fixing and troubleshooting computers for family, friends, and neighbors, and in that time I have seen so many of them be taken advantage of by so called tech experts. They often are sold things which they don't really need, and even more often are charged outrageous amounts for simple things. Just because someone is not a tech expert does not mean they should be taken advantage of by those that are. This is not to say that there are not some good computer service companies in Pensacola, but many of these have high business overhead added into their charges so you are in fact paying for more than just what you want.

I decided to start Pensacola Computers to help people who are tired of being talked down to and taken advantage of. It is my aim to provide great and affordable service for computers - with a difference. We will come to you and save you the hassle of having to disconnect everything, and then try to put it all back together, or at your convenience we can pick up your computer (or you can bring it to us), repair it, and put everything back together for you.

There are lots of computer techs out there who proudly proclaim all their expertise. They big stores and fancy shops, and they also charge premium for it. I work out of my home office, which helps keep costs down, so you are only charged for my time, and not overhead like rent, insurance, and utilities. and am available every day from 6 am to 9 pm, and I will gladly come to your location.

I only specialize in Microsoft Windows PC's. Because of this, all of my time and energy is spent keeping up with only this. I am a Microsoft Partner, an Independent Software Vendor, an Official Beta Tester for Microsoft and a number of other software companies, and on the Board of Directors of a Microsoft Featured Community help forum. I have been working on computers for over 20 years and have taught classes on Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. I have access to all current versions of Microsoft software and documentation as well as many of the top troubleshooting tools. I have experience in home networking, security, and troubleshooting, and also offer computer classes for individuals or families. I am currently putting together a small team of like minded helpers who have a love for computers and technology to help in this expanding business.
